Feb 1999 Florida Holiday.

My first trip to Florida, USA. I never thought that I would ever make it there - but now I have been there twice. Thanks to Louise I have now become quite a traveller.
These photos mostly cover our Disney visit. Over the 2 weeks We visited Sea World, Univeral Studios, Tampa bay, Bush Gardens, Daytona, Clearwater beach and the Space Center.

Sep 1999 Mediterranean Cruise Holiday.

Our trip round the Med. Stopping at Rome, Genoa, Pisa, Nice, Monte Carlo and Palma.
Very nice to wake up each morning and visit somewhere new that has appeared outside the porthole!

Apr 2000 Egypt Holiday.

Another place I thought that I would never visit. Over the 9 day holiday many things were fit to the time - leaving us worn up but glad that we had visited.
Starting at Cairo and the museum we flew down to Luxor to begin our Nile cruise, seeing lots of temples, The Valley of the Kings and other interesting things on our way to to Aswan.
Egypt was a great experience helped by the fact that we had a great, knowledgable tour guide with us all the way.

Sep 2000 Venice Holiday.

Staying just a little way away we travelled over to Venice for two days of our holiday.
So much to see. We saw all the famous sites and perhaps some little known ones - an enjoyable time was had.

Mar 2001 Florida Holiday(again!).

My Second trip to Florida, USA. We had a very enjoyable day at Cypress Gardens. Great for any age. The grounds were beautiful with lots of unusual plants and trees we had not seen before. The ski show was very enjoyable even if a couple of them fell off.
Next we ventured to the Gulf Coast and stayed near Clearwater. After all the hectic walking around the parks, we enjoyed days resting on the beautiful beach. We visited Weeki Wachee and saw the lovely mermaids and took the trip on the boat with all the pelicans flying around us.
